He studied man in the tube.
It was a pleasure working for Professor Hojo. The man had access the most advance equipment and supplies, as well as the rarest of all things. The right to obtain human test subjects, as long as the choice of subject didn’t interfere with the President’s plans.
The man in the tube was not responding to the Professor’s own projects, so he had been offered up to anyone else that had need.
He had not expected access to a SOLDIER, and would have to recalculate some projections.
Still, what a massive benefit.
