ffvii_100Illness + Turks = big babies (or if you prefer: bad patients). Yes, folks, when the Turks come down with something you might as well dig them a grave because they are surely dying for 100 points. Avalanche occasionally gets the sniffles for 10 points, but they manage to tough it out. The members of SOLDIER never get sick - their secret is lots of exercise and mako enhancement.
The prompt for this week is #18 - Alcohol
Alcohol:
- you can use it as a medicinal. It can numb the pain or even as a relaxant for a good nights sleep.
- you can use it as a beverage. Just a little something to whet your whistle.
- you can burn it. It makes quite a nice excellerant.
- you can wear it. Many perfumes are alcohol based.
- you can dissolve chemicals that are insoluble in water with it.
- you can clean with it. Will get paint off a brush.
As you can see, we are taking a broad view of alcohol this week. The beverage will be the most common choice for most, but don't be afraid to use the other many sides of alcohol (methanol, ethanol, etc) to drabble with this week.
Of course, with the drinking side comes hangovers, regretting acts you don't remember but just found out about, mood changes, and accidents.
Does Reno turn into the cry-bibbling "I love you" man when he drinks a little too much? Is Cid using alcohol as a medicinal? Would Cloud clean components of his bike with it? Is Yuffie a tad too young or does she swill it like a sailor? Does Rufus use the vino to forget?
Oh, and I bet Tifa's seen quite a bit of the boozing at the Seventh Heaven!
