This week's prompt is #99 - Crossovers
Let's play with some crossovers! So, this week give us 100 words of crossing the Final Fantasy VII-verses with any other anime, TV show, video game, etc!
Have the Turks joined SHIELD? Is Cid impressed by Optimus Prime? Maybe Sephiroth is dodging accusations of mass murder with the help of Jessica Fletcher, or Yuffie's letting a blond amnesiac teach her how to play blitzball. Of course, the inhabitants of FFVII's Gaia have barely achieved spaceflight, putting them under the protection of the Prime Directive - which almost guarantees Captain Kirk and company will be getting up to some hijinks on the planet's surface, doesn't it? ;) (Pls note that the line between crossover and AU can be blurry, but I won't be judging too harshly on that point. ;) )

Sephiroth is Shinra’s great General, the Black-Jeweled Warlord Prince whose name alone strikes fear in the hearts of those who might cross Shinra--- and whose sword strikes considerably more.
And the first time he hears the voice of the little country mite of a girl, the landlord’s daughter who will be their guide to the reactor--- the little slip of a thing with a fighter’s stance and hands that have known combat, the young Queen who still wears her Birthright Green Jewel--- he knows.
Tifa Lockhart is the Queen he serves.
After that, Jenova doesn’t stand a chance with him.
Author's Notes: This is a crossover with the Black Jewels novels; I rated it PG because if you go searching for Black Jewels canon out of curiosity... well. Some of the things that happen in that 'verse would give Hojo a moment's pause. (Some of them are also adorable and cuddly and fun.)
