"Y'know," Scarlet said, slurring a little as she waved her bottle at Junon's most imposing feature, "s'funny. Easiest money I ever got out of the board. Barely had to argue at all."

Her bodyguard said nothing. A few streets over, a brassy fanfare played.

She snorted. "Suggest a big gun to a room full of men, and they can't fund you fast enough. Now we have a giant phallic symbol, pointed at... nothing, really, s'not even calibrated, just so President ShinRa can rest assured that his weapon is indeed the biggest. Pointless dick-waving at its best.

Ha, Scarlet's drunk and honest, and like all people in power dislike her coworkers and boss, and thinks herself somehow different/better/more self-reflective. Wonder what poor bodyguard was thinking (probably caught himself liking the concept of the big weapon, too :)).
