"A shadow?!" sputtered a man chewing food. "What tomfoolery! It's an ugly monkey face that throws rubbish atcha and steals all but your skivvies!"

An old man spun a yarn as long as his beard. "Monkeys around Junon? Common sense knows they live in jungles! It’s them mutated thieves all nuclear-ated by Mako! They disable ye senses with their shrieks before they stab ya with knives and give you the tetanus!"

And so the shadow-monkey-mutant AKA “The Great Ninja Yuffie” was known.
